Skokie Public Library

Tear-off and reroof project of the Skokie Public Library building. The original building
opened in 1960 and has won awards from the American Institute of Architects. This project also included reroofing over the 1972 addition and improvements to the green roof areas created in 2003. The library building is viewed as a great example of modern architecture in the mid-century modern style.
