Combined Roofing Services’ safety program and practices are guided by a desire to prevent all personal injuries, occupational illnesses, and damage to property. Our safety committee is composed of project managers and superintendents from all divisions of Combined Roofing Services, LLC. Together with our independent safety consultant the committee develops, monitors, and continually updates our safety policies to prevent the occurrences of conditions that could lead to injuries to our workers, other tradesmen, or the general public. We train our workers at all day seminars, through on-site preconstruction orientations, during safety consultant unannounced inspections, and whenever new information arises. Our foremen conduct daily hazard analysis plans and hold weekly toolbox talks with their crews. We believe the ultimate success of our safety and health programs depend on the full cooperation of every individual employee and the ongoing effective training and implementation of our policies.

We consider safety to be an integral part of quality control, cost reduction, and job efficiency. We never sacrifice safety for production. Our safety and health program manual is provided to every new employee and project specific programs are provided to our clients before starting every project. The safety and health program for our employees is reviewed and updated on a regular basis and emphasizes the importance of company policies, procedures, and standards.

We focus on safety every day at every level of our company. Our policies, training, and actual performance are reviewed and improved upon on an ongoing basis. When it comes to safety it is the goal of Combined Roofing Services to accomplish our work in the safest possible manner every time on every project.
